To submit a User Problem Report:
Please contact us with the following information:
1) Your name and email address (and optionally telephone number).
2) What mission?
3) What system (ASIST, FEDS, or DHDS) and version number?
4) Problem description and date of occurence
5) Any additional useful information (such as error logs) can be added as
an attachment if you so desire.
